Elena Letona is currently executive director of Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts, a statewide nonprofit organization with a mission to achieve social justice through community organizing, advocacy, civic engagement, and leadership development. Prior to this she was an organizational development consultant, facilitator, and trainer.
When she was recognized as a Barr Fellow in 2005, Elena was executive director of Centro Presente, an immigrant rights organization dedicated to achieving the self-determination of the Central and Latin American immigrant community of Massachusetts.
