SueEllen Kroll joined Barr in 2017 to serve as program officer for Arts & Creativity to support the program’s grantmaking activities and to advance its strategies, focusing on the capacity building and placemaking segments of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Barr, SueEllen was the director of grants & strategic partnerships at the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
